1. Introduction

Welcome to Roundtrip Punta Cana ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Roundtrip Punta Cana provides premium airport transfer services in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Our services include transportation between airports, hotels, resorts, and other locations as requested by our customers.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1. All bookings must be made through our website, by email, or by phone.

3.2. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us with your reservation details.

3.3. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information when making a reservation, including but not limited to flight details, pickup and drop-off locations, contact information, and the number of passengers.

3.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

4.2. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and other methods as specified on our website.

4.3. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

4.4. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

5.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.

5.3. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

5.4. In case of flight cancellations or significant delays, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your transfer at no additional cost.

6. Service Modifications

6.1. Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

6.2. We will accommodate changes to your booking when possible, but cannot guarantee availability for modified requests.

6.3. Additional charges may apply for modifications that result in increased service requirements.

7. Pickup and Transportation

7.1. Our drivers will wait for up to 60 minutes after the actual arrival time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights.

7.2. If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact our customer service immediately using the contact information provided in your confirmation email.

7.3. We reserve the right to charge additional waiting fees for delays beyond the standard waiting time that are not caused by flight delays.

8. Luggage and Passenger Limitations

8.1. Each vehicle has specific luggage and passenger capacity limitations. It is your responsibility to book an appropriate vehicle for your needs.

8.2. Standard luggage allowance includes one suitcase and one carry-on bag per passenger. Additional or oversized items may incur extra charges.

8.3. We reserve the right to refuse transportation of items that exceed the capacity of the vehicle or that may pose safety risks.

9. Liability

9.1. We strive to provide reliable and punctual service, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or natural disasters.

9.2. Our liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9.3. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in our vehicles.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
